Welcome to the Stardew Valley server, new farmer!
Make sure you always check https://franceska.eu for the most up-to-date mod pack. This mod pack has last been updated in: February 2026.
You can also check this tutorial on the website where it has pictures with each step if that helps.

Inside this zip file you'll find two folders:
Mods
SMAPI 4.5.1 Installer

This tutorial assumes 2 things:
You are using Windows
You are new to Modding

If you are not new to modding, make sure you remove "ConsoleCommands" from your Mod Folder.

Let's begin!

Step 1:

Go to the SMAPI 4.5.1 installer folder, inside you'll find 3 installer files and 1 folder.
Click "install on Windows.bat". A command prompt will open with the following:

Where do you want to add or remove SMAPI?

[1] C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley
[2] Enter a custom game path.

Type the number next to your choice, then press enter.

If you are using the default install path, type 1
If you are not using the default install path, type 2

If you pressed 2, and are unsure where you installed Stardew Valley, please go to Step 4 then come back here, otherwise, continue on.

Step 2:

You've finished installing SMAPI and you now see the following:

SMAPI is installed! If you use Steam, set your launch options to enable achievements (see smapi.io/install):
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\StardewModdingAPI.exe" %command%

If you don't use Steam, launch StardewModdingAPI.exe in your game folder to play with mods.

Step 3:

In order to set your launch options in Steam, you'll need to do the following:

Go to your Library.
Search Stardew Valley or go to Stardew Valley's game page.
Right click on Stardew Valley in your library sidebar or click on the gear icon on the game page in your library.
Click on "Properties"

If you are not already, go to "General".

You will see "Launch Options" on the bottom of the page.
Add the following entirely (unless your location differs):

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\StardewModdingAPI.exe" %command%

Do not alter the line above unless your location differs.

Do not close the window, because we still need it.

Step 4:
In the Properties Window, go to "Installed Files".

Then you'll see at the top of the page "Size of Installation". Click on "Browse" next to that.

You can copy the installation path by clicking on the path or just write it down.

Step 5:
Inside the installation directory of Stardew Valley, go to "Mods", you'll see a mod in there called "ConsoleCommands". Make sure you remove that mod.

It is a mod that allows cheating on the server and SMAPI installs it automatically, unfortunately, and to keep things fair, the Anti Cheat will kick you if it sees you using that mod.

Step 6:
Copy the "Mods" folder from this zip file to the above mentioned Mods folder.

Step 7:
Start Stardew Valley, click on "Co-Op", and "LAN", fill in: 66.248.194.20:25565 and press OK.

Then make your farmer and enjoy playing!
